- You may cancel, in writing, up to 7 days before the tour commencement date and time and your payment will be refunded in full via your original payment method.
- If the tour in cancelled within 3-6 days of the tour, 75% of your tour fee will be refunded.
- If the tour is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the tour start time, 50% of your tour fee will be refunded.
- If the tour is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you do not show up for the tour, no refund will be issued.
- NB: Travel insurance is highly recommended
