- Once you receive the final confirmed voucher, your experience reservation is complete and you can use it.
- If the voucher has not been sent even after 24 hours of booking, please contact us.
- Children under 7 years old cannot participate in the experience.
- Children between the ages of 7 and under 13 can participate when accompanied by a guardian.
- For 1 to 4 people, a joint tour will be held with another group.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late from the experience time, you will not be able to participate in the experience. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
- Bringing in outside food is prohibited (drinks are allowed)
