After being picked up, you will be driven to Knudson Bay where people there may be people returning with their boats full of salmon and/or halibut. There are also usually seals and Bald Eagles near by.
Ten miles north of Ketchikan is Totem Bight State Historical Park, an 11-acre park that is packed with restored and re-carved totems as well as a colorful Clan House. Providing a stunning backdrop to the totems is park's lush rainforest setting and the rocky coastline along Tongass Narrows.
We'll drive around some of the best known sites in Ketchikan so guests can get a feel for the city and it's people. We'll also stop in for a few minutes and have some pizza and drink and Ketchikan's Gold Pan Pizza.
