Get ready for one of Darwin’s most thrilling adventures — the ½ Day Jumping Croc Cruise on the wild Adelaide River! Departing from Darwin, we head 60 km to the Marrakai wetlands, home to saltwater crocodiles, 117 reptile species, and 280 bird species. As one of just four licensed operators, we take you deep into croc territory to see these powerful predators leap from the water in an unforgettable display. Guided by local experts, you’ll learn all about croc behavior and the region’s rich wildlife, including barramundi, sea eagles, bull sharks, and flying foxes. After the cruise, we’ll return you to Darwin with memories to last a lifetime!
For the best croc-spotting action, grab a seat on the right-hand side of the boat, that's usually where the feeding happens first and don’t forget your sunglasses and a zoom lens, the glare off the water is real and you’ll want to capture every thrilling leap. If you’re a keen birdwatcher, bring binoculars too, morning cruises often mean cooler temps and peak bird activity across the wetlands!
