- Children sitting in a reserved carriage or traveling alone require a child pass
- Luggage Restrictions: Passengers are allowed to bring up to two pieces of luggage, excluding carry-ons and smaller bags. Each piece should be at most 30 kilograms in weight or 250 centimeters in width and depth. The length must not exceed 200 centimeters

Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies, and we cannot provide new passes or process refunds for lost, stolen, or partially used passes

- The Alpine Route can be crowded during peak travel months from the start of the operating month to early May, then in mid-August and early October. Passengers might not be able to depart at the preferred time, please make sure to arrange the itinerary to allow for delays When transporting between Tateyama and Ogizawa, take this ticket to the counter at Tateyama or Ogizawa Station and receive a “boarding pass” to use the transport on that route
