Highland Folk Museum

The Highland Folk Museum is an immersive open-air museum that brings the past to life, showcasing how people once lived in the Highlands. One of its highlights is the 18th-century village, famously used to film the "Rent" episode in Season 1 of Outlander. Explore authentic Highland life and step into the world of the show!

Culloden Battlefield

Culloden Battlefield marks the site of the final battle of the 1745 Jacobite Uprising, a pivotal moment in both Scottish and British history. During our visit, you'll explore the interactive visitor centre at your own pace, where you can learn more about this defining event. We usually stop for lunch at the café before heading out to the battlefield, where your guide will lead you on a tour, bringing the historic battle to life with vivid storytelling and expert insights.
