👶 Child Seat and Luggage Regulations • This service is a regular operating vehicle, and the use of child seats is not mandatory. If you need it, please inform us in advance when making a reservation. The supplier can provide 1 for free. ※ Each child seat takes up about 1.5 people's space, which may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. • The standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be calculated as 2 pieces of luggage. • If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded and you cannot get on the bus, the responsibility and expenses shall be borne by the passenger.
📍 Vehicle arrangement and driving range • All models may be adjusted to the same level of vehicles depending on the day's scheduling, and the model cannot be specified. • If a 7-seater car carries 6 large adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater model to ensure comfort. • The vehicle is limited to driving within 300 kilometers centered on the departure hotel. A service fee will be charged for cross-district (such as Izu + Atami). • The pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or B&Bs within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If you go beyond the area, an empty car fee (JPY 5,000-20,000) will be charged. • Haneda Airport/Disney area is not part of Tokyo city, and a one-way fee (JPY 5,000-10,000) will be charged for pick-up.
⏰ Charter time and overtime charges • Standard service time: 10 hours ※ If the pick-up or drop-off is in a different place (such as Atami, Izu, etc.), the service time will be based on the actual situation, and the driver will be reserved for idle time on the outbound and return trips • Service time range: 07:00~22:00
Overtime fee standard: • Vehicles with less than 10 seats: JPY 5,000 for each hour over (15 minutes over is counted as 1 hour) • Vehicles with more than 14 seats: JPY 10,000 for each hour over (15 minutes over is counted as 1 hour) ※ Overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers or other unexpected situations must be included in the overtime fee. 📌 Other reminders • The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm that you can accept this condition before booking. ※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance and an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. • The driver's contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before use). Please be on time at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.
