We will start with the magic of fresh pasta. You will learn how to mix flour with eggs to create the perfect dough. With our hands in the dough, we will knead, roll out and shape our lasagna of classic egg pasta, ragù and béchamel. Between stories of Sicilian tradition and cooking secrets, we will transform the ingredients into authentic culinary masterpieces. After the pasta challenge, we will immerse ourselves in the world of tiramisu. Aromatic coffee, soaked ladyfingers and delicate mascarpone will combine to create a dessert that will capture your senses. I will reveal tricks and tips for making the perfect tiramisu, from organizing the biscuits to the ideal consistency of the cream.
