You'll fly above one of the most magnificent castles, like the castle of Chenonceau, Amboise, or Chaumont sur Loire. You'll have the possibility of participating in hot-air balloon preparation for the flight. A small degustation of local products will be offered at the balloon landing place after the flight. (Subject to Option Inclusions)There are many places where you may fly by hot air balloon, but a flight in the Loire Valley, France, is one of the top 10 things to do in this beautiful country. You will overfly at least one of the most beautiful castles in France: Amboise, Chenonceau, Chinon, Chaumont sur Loire. All these castles are inseparable from the history of France and its kings. Hot air balloon flights are organized every morning and evening, if weather permits, from April to October. Balloon tours usually start in the early mornings (at about 6:00 to 9:00 a.m.) and evenings (from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.). A balloon flight lasts for about 1 hour, but the entire process takes about 3–4 hours. After a flight, a small degustation of local products (wine, cheese, and sweets) will be offered, and then you will be "baptized" by a deep ballooning tradition; you will be granted baptizing names and titles, as well as the first flight certificates. Then our pilot will bring you back in a 4x4 car to the meeting or take-off site.

Please note : the flight time in the offer is just the preliminary meeting time. The actual meeting time differs according the period (the sunrise time and the sunset time). In spring and autumn the meeting time for a morning balloon flight is at about 7H00 AM and the evening balloon flight is at 17H00 - 18H00. In summer time the morning flights start at 5H15 - 5H30 AM and the evening flights at about 19H00 - 19H30 AM. The exact meeting time will be given to you by SMS or e-mail 12 - 24 hours before your flight.
