On your first stop in the heart of the Dutch side Capital Philipsburg, learn the science of mixtures on an interactive Caribbean Mixology workshop. Guided by known professional Chef and Bartender, learn and explore the flavors, depths and deep cultural ties of all carefully chosen ingredients, flaunting their authentic tropical expressions. Craft your personalized whole coconut cocktail based on your tastes, as you shake, muddle and stir traditional island ingredients and rums. Finally, enjoy your exotic cocktail delicacy, where the lavish tastes explode on your palate, accompanied by perfected paired Tapas made from 100 percent local ingredients fresh on the spot including and assortment of Tostones topped with a mango salsa guacamole, fried dusted coconut shrimps, small bite spicy salmon cream cheese sushi and famous butter chicken skewers.
Orient Bay
Thereafter, on to Orient Beach on French St. Maarten, delivering a pristine crystallized beaches with white sands and spectacular views. During your hour of free time, feel free to explore the beautiful oceans treasures and or simply experience the oasis relaxing in the paradise’s tranquilities at the beach enjoying a refreshing drink.
