For Airport Pickups: Arrivals at the airport. The transfer service provider monitors the arrival times of all flights. After collecting your baggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Go up to Level 2 (Second Floor) taking the elevator. Meet your driver at EXIT 23... Your Driver will wait a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the plane touch down time. If you cannot find your driver you should phone our 24-hour help line for further assistance. If you do not do so, the fee you have paid will be classed as a "No-Show". No refund is possible. For Port Pickups: Arrivals at Haifa Port. Meet your driver outside the Passenger Arrivals Terminal... Your Driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes . If you cannot find your driver you should phone our 24-hour help line for further assistance. If you do not do so, the fee you have paid will be classed as a "No-Show". No refund is possible. Hotel Pickups Reservations needs to be scheduled 4 hours before flight time. Please be ready at the hotel entrance at the time of your booking. Your Driver will wait a maximum of 20minutes . If you cannot find your driver you should phone our 24-hour help line for further assistance.If you do not do so, the fee you have paid will be classed as a "No-Show". No refund is possible.
