If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House or Local Tours Vietnam Office at 39 Ngo Huyen Street between 08h00 am to 08h30 am the going by expressway to Halong Bay. -2-For the guests not using our transfer from Hanoi, please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor at 11:30 am to complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If any late arrival, you might be denied by port authority or subject to an extra fee.
