- Meet at the lobby at 14:30 ready for departure at 15:00. Don't forget to claim your Mad Monkey Ha Giang Loop t-shirt and wrist band, and fill out the waiver if you have not already!

Ticket Redemption
1 valid ID and voucher must be presented at the Mad Monkey Hanoi Front Desk. Arrive at Mad Monkey Hanoi 30 minutes before the tour begins. Only those who are at least 18 years old are permitted to join. Please remember, the date of departure is a travel day and does not include food, so grab some snacks from our bar before you hop on the bus! Things to Bring: Bring sunscreen, long sleeve shirts, hat, comfortable shoes, and some money for personal expenses
