  • Sky Capsule Capacity: Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.

  • The actual boarding time for the Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.

  • Please be sure to wait at the starting point 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late for boarding time, you cannot get a refund.

  • Please contact our customer service team regarding bringing strollers or luggage, as it depends on the bus size for your tour day. We recommend contacting us after 10 AM KST, one day before your tour date.

  • Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition.

  • There is no insurance included in this trip. We recommend you to purchase insurance for minor accidents by yourself.

  • In case of any emergency situations (such as failure to find the meet up point), please call the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher.
