📌 Check for available accommodation
- For delivery that includes accommodations, delivery is only possible to registered hotels. Please refer to our website for the hotel list.
- When making a reservation, you must accurately provide in 'English': the name & contact information of the accommodation booker, the time to pick up luggage at the station/port/airport, and the accommodation name (input both if sending from one accommodation to another). Your reservation will be confirmed after we verify delivery availability.
- If your accommodation information differs from what you reserved, your reservation may be canceled (non-refundable) or additional charges may apply.
📌 How and when to collect luggage (depart from the accommodation)
- Please leave your luggage at the front desk of the hotel before 11 o'clock.
- The delivery staff does not face-to-face with the customer, but visits the hotel and collects them sequentially between 11:00 and 13:00.
- Even if the collection time is delayed, the delivery will proceed normally, so rest assured.
- Please contact us via messenger to inquire about the delivery status and deliver your request.

If you pick up your luggage at the hotel, you don't have to pick it up on time. It's stored at the front desk of the hotel, so you can pick it up at check-in.

Our stores, located at major transportation hubs such as train stations and airports, are staffed year-round, allowing you to safely store your luggage anytime.
It's also very convenient as you can drop off and pick up your luggage without having to contact the delivery driver directly.
Now enjoy your travel with light hands and a peaceful mind!
Deliveries departing from 'Store':
- Luggage drop-off time: From store opening time until 2:50 PM
- Expected luggage arrival time: Sequential arrivals from 4:00 PM
Deliveries departing from locations other than 'Store':
- Luggage drop-off time: Before 10:50 AM
- Expected arrival time at store: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Expected arrival time at accommodation or lockers: Sequential arrivals from 4:00 PM

- The delivery service to accommodation is only available for registered on the website. Please make sure to check before making a reservation.
- Cancellations or refunds are not possible due to visiting at incorrect times and location.
- Luggage sent to your accommodation will arrive at the designated accommodation between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and can be picked up at the front desk.

Q. Do I need to contact the hotel in advance?
A. There is no need to contact the hotel in advance. Simply tell the front desk the name of the person who made the reservation when dropping off or picking up your luggage.
Q. I have more luggage than expected or my luggage size has increased. Can I still use the service?
A. If there are changes to the reserved quantity or size, you can still use the service by paying the difference at the store on the day of service.
Q. I made a mistake with my accommodation reservation or there are changes to my usage date.
A. If you've incorrectly entered the accommodation name or have changes to your usage date, please be sure to leave details about the changes through the platform messenger or the KakaoTalk channel 'Zimcarry' by the day before using the service.
Q. Do I have to register photos of my luggage?
A. Yes, you must register photos to prevent misdelivery and accidents. Please note that if photos are not registered by the service time, the service will be considered completed, and the service will be deemed as used. (When visiting the store, you can ask a Zimcarry staff member for help, and they will kindly assist you!)
