This monolithic sand alcove has take thousands of years to form, and is still being shaped. It's about a 1 mile (1.6K) hike roundtrip with one way hiking up steep sandy hill. When the sun hits this beauty, it glows! This is a photographers paradise!
Inclusions
- We provide snacks (usually granola bars) on each tour for those who would like one.
- We encourage you to bring your own water for hiking but we provide extra water if needed.
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Service animals allowed
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
