If you will reach the tour between 10am-5pm , except monday , the entrance in the garden of the house is accessible and for free, otherwise you can see the house just for outside.
Arcul de Triumf is a triumphal arch located on the Kiseleff Road, in the northern part of Bucharest, Romania. The monument was built in 1921–22, it commemorates Romania's victory in the First World War and the coronation of King Ferdinand I and his wife Marie.
