Cruise Port – Standard pickup: From the outer gate (approx. 1-minute shuttle ride from the terminal). Wheelchair-accessible pickup: Directly from the cruise terminal for passengers with special needs. Guide & Vehicle Details We will share your guide or driver’s name, vehicle number, and contact details via WhatsApp or email one day before your tour. Look for a representative holding an A4-size placard with your name and our company name at the pickup point for easy identification.
