This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate
Please note that this tour is not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility difficulties. It involves climbing over boulders, walking up hills, and wading through streams with rocks underfoot, so a reasonable level of fitness is required
Please only bring small cameras that will fit into your pocket as you'll need your hands free during this tour. A small digital camera or phone is the best. The guides will also take the photos of you during the tour, and will email them to you afterwards for free
