Park Regulations

• It is forbidden to park your luggage during the grassland restoration in the park, please park your car in the parking lot of the park
• The first certificate is required for check-in, and it will be returned after confirming that the room is in normal condition when checking out
• The park reserves the right to allocate tents and living room tents. If you have any questions, please raise them on the spot. If you cannot exchange the tents, please cooperate.
• Camping is an outdoor activity, and the weather is also a risk. Temporary rescheduling will not be accepted
• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:30, please arrive at the park before 21:00, and check out before 11:00 the next day
• Check-in time for activity packages is 13:00, please arrive at the park before 15:00
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tent
• Pets are not allowed in tents
• Please cherish the facilities in the park, and compensate according to the price if there is any damage
• The natural environment is jointly maintained, there are trash cans in the outdoor tents, please do not litter
• Please take your valuables with you for safekeeping, and we will not be responsible for any loss
• Please check the items before checking out, we will not be responsible for any omissions
• If items are found in the park, guests need to come back to claim or pay a shipping fee of 200 yuan. The park will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods in the mail

Reservation Notice

• This park cannot be postponed or canceled due to rain or cold current low temperature. If you have this consideration, please do not make an appointment for this park
• There are four chief tents in the park, two of which are located in an independent area, a short distance from the main camp area, and the room arrangement is mainly for the on-site staff, please be aware
• When placing an order, please be sure to fill in the Chinese name to facilitate the identification of on-site personnel and housekeeping arrangements

Notes to those who have booked

• In case of irresistible factors such as typhoons or earthquakes on the day, the reservation can be postponed and reserved for half a year according to the announcement of the New Taipei City Government. In the event of irresistible natural disasters and man-made disasters on the day of the itinerary, such as: road interruption or landslides, snowfall or immediate danger, the park reserves the right to postpone or cancel the decision. If there is a postponement or cancellation of camping, the park will take the initiative to notify the reserved guests. Guests must consider safety when receiving the notice, please do not insist on going up the mountain

Before booking, please carefully evaluate before making an appointment

• Generally, the location of the park on rainy days will not accumulate water, and the road conditions will not be affected, so it is not possible to postpone or cancel the refund
• If the experience activities cannot be carried out due to weather factors, activity coupons will be provided, which can be used within 6 months. Activities cannot be refunded separately due to weather factors, please forgive me
