We host our Italian Gelato and Fettuccine pasta workshop in the heart of Rome, within the breathtaking setting of Piazza Navona, in Ristorante Tucci. Our cooking class experience is built on two segments: the making of the Italian artisan gelato, and the making of fettuccine pasta. The second part of the experience is that of enjoying the product of your labor. Our guests are seated after the pasta is taken to the kitchen, to enjoy appetizers and a drink. The restaurant takes part in the experience, as the waiters will bring to the table the pasta that's cooked by the kitchen staff, and the gelato our guests make. Italian Gelato is everyone's big favorite - secretly or not! A delicious creamy dessert that you can learn to make with our professional gelato maker, and we will teach you to do it at home too. Our Gelato and Fettuccine Pasta Class and experience works as following: You arrive at the restaurant, and you will be served a welcome glass of Prosecco. 1. Using a recipe that we obtained from a local Roman artisan gelato shop, we will make gelato together with our guests. 2. Following the Gelato-making, we will teach you how to make Fettucine pasta step by step. Once the pasta is made, it is taken to the restaurant's kitchen, so the chef can cook it and they will serve it to you. You in the meantime are to be seated at Ristorante Tucci. You will be served appetizer Bruschetta, and a glass of wine or beer by choice. When your pasta with the sauce you chose is ready, the waiters will serve it to you, following the gelato the group made with the professional machine. This is a workshop, and a delicious food experience in Rome, that every foodie must try. It's great for families too!
