Please follow the coach's instructions throughout the experience; failure to comply could result in immediate termination of the activity for safety reasons with no refund
For participants with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions, please inform while registering
Participants must be aged 6+; children aged below 6 must prepare their own lifejackets and be accompanied by a paying adult
What to wear & bring: non-absorbent clothing (swimwear, beach pants, bikini, wetsuit), sunglasses (with the leash)
Make sure to bring a bottle of water (550 ml or larger); avoid using metal bottles as they may sink into the water
Please confirm with the coach in advance for bringing pets
Please finish your breakfast/lunch before the activity; it is not recommended to have the SUP experience on an empty stomach; feel free to bring along some light snacks; for people with motion sickness, it is recommended to take the motion sickness medication in advance
For rain, the activity will proceed as planned in light rain and minimal wind
For typhoons, reschedule (no time limit) or refund (minus administrative fee) can be chosen
