Itinerary
We start by driving 40 minutes to the old whaling station in við Áir. Here we will stop for 15 minutes and see the old, well preserved buildings.
Risin and Kellingin
One of the main nature attractions in the Faroe Islands are the two rocks in the ocen called the witch and the giant or in Faroese Risin og kellingin. This is a must see attratction.
Eidi
Next to the village Eiði we will make a photostop where you can see the how the houses are painted in different colors, and learn about how important the location was of this village in the older days, as it is easy to get to fishing points.
In Eiði there old football pitch is famous because of it's placemen right next to the Atlantic Ocean. In fact it so close that a ball could quite easily be kicked into the ocean.
Eidi
Eiðis is combined of both an older village and the modern village of today. You will experience walking between the houses that are built so closely together that it is hard to see how it was possible to build them.
On the way from Eiði to Norðskála it will be possible to see the stunning majestic coastal waterfall that drops in two levels on Streymoy island named Fossá.
See how the small muncipanity has some quite big stores. You will be able to buy a snack, coffee or even some clothes.
Imagine crossing the Atlantic Ocean by foot? Now you have the chance. You will have the opportunity to cross the bridge over the troubled water, as the locals call it. The walk will take about 15 min
Hvalvik (Pass-by Only)
We drive from the bridge to Hvalvík and enjoy the view of Kjøthólm and Grønhólm which are two islets located out in the Sundalagið
Hvalvik

After lunch we take a short walk down to Hvalvíkar Church, which is the oldest of the wooden churches in the Faroe Islands.
As the oldest of the wooden churches on the Faroe Islands, this church has a lot of history, which our guide will tell you about
We walk along the beautiful path from Hvalvik Church to Streymnes, where HK Bussar has its headquarters. This path is quite unknown for tourists, so this will make it possible to take some unique pictures.
We drive further south through the sundalagið, up to the mountain road to Tórshavn, and will make a photo stop on the unbelivably beatyful Norðadalsskarð.
Here we get the incredibly beautiful view to the west to the islands of Hestur and Koltur
Torshavn
We drive from Norðadalsskarð towards Tórshavn and pass the wind mill park. We wll also make sure you can take a picture of the smallest capital in the world.
