- Please wear light clothing and shoes to participate in the tour
- The tour route may be adjusted due to traffic conditions on the day, and you may also encounter traffic jams on the return trip. Please do not arrange any evening activities
- Depending on the weather, you may not be able to view Mt. Fuji
- The tour leader for this itinerary will pick up passengers at other locations first before reaching the meeting point. Depending on traffic conditions, there may be a delay in the tour leader/bus's arrival. Please wait for them at the designated time and location
- Vehicles are assigned based on group size. For smaller groups, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full tour services without an additional team leader
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early and wait. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please note that late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued
- The flower viewing period or maple viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the itinerary is organized, the trip will not be affected by the blooming/red maple conditions
- If the all-you-can-eat yakiniku lunch restaurant is closed due to a special holiday, a refund of JPY2,000 per person will be provided, with lunch available for free at the Gotemba famous shopping mall. No additional refunds will be made for children under 3 years old
- In the all-you-can-eat roast yakiniku, passengers are free to take their meals according to their own needs, and no customized requests are accepted.
- In the event of trip termination due to force majeure like weather or disasters, refunds will be based on actual expenses, excluding return transportation and additional costs, which are the responsibility of the passenger
- At the all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant for lunch, please be aware that you may share the same pot with other group members according to the restaurant's arrangements.
- Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
- Guaranteed departure for solo travelers is not affected by minimum departure requirement. Once the booking is established, the departure is guaranteed
- If the number of participants for the English tour is low, you may be combined with other groups with travelers of different nationalities. In this case, the tour will mainly be conducted in Chinese or Japanese, and English support will only be provided for certain key points, such as meeting time, meeting place, and basic introductions. However, if the majority of the group consists of English-speaking travelers, the tour will be conducted primarily in English. Thank you for your understanding.
