During this 2 and half-hour class, limited to 10/12 participants, you are guaranteed one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. Learn how to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and best ways to pair with its own delectable sauce and bruchetta Even if it is a JOIN class, we will choose the menu together based on the tastes of the participants. Only seasonal products! Only certified organic Sometimes we'll even make the cheese for our preprations, really all from scratch. We start preparing pasta and sauces and BRUSCHETTE Sometimes we may even have decided to make our own cheese for fillings! We continue with the execution for ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti or other pasta that we decided to prepare Hand on Pasta class! As you help the chef cook the pasta, the experience truly begins! You savor the freshly made bruschetta and sip on your aperitivo, letting the flavors set the stage. Then, it's time to sit down at the table, where the real feast begins!
