If you are ager to capture some real-life unforgettable photographic memories and love the beauty of the Tuscan hills surrounding Florence, this is the ideal tour for you! Be prepared to walk (1/2 way uphill, the other 1/2, down), for about 2 hours. Our pace will be gentle but steady and we will have several pauses along the way to enjoy the landscape and picture it! Bring your own equipment (from a Polaroid to a Smartphone to a Camera) and water! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, according to weather conditions. Don't forget sun screens! And be ready for relaxed and exciting walks and photo-opportunities in a friendly atmosphere through the beauty of the nature surrounding Florence. San Niccolo
We will pass through the San Niccolò Quarter one of the most artistically interesting areas of the city. Home of lovely artisan shops of gold-smiths, contemporary artists, high-end niche Perfumeries and much more.
Piazzale Michelangelo
We will climb from San Niccolò to Piazzale Michelangelo through the so called "Rampe", a beautiful boulevard with breathtaking views of the city. We will pass by the San Niccolò Tower and, when possible, through the Rose Garden and/or the Iris Garden.
Basilica San Miniato al Monte
From Piazzale Michelangelo we will pass through the iconic Basilica di San Salvatore al Monte who Michelangelo defined "La bella villanella" ("The beautiful peasant woman" in English), to reach the San Miniato church through the "Parco della Rimembranza", surrounding the Basilica.
