  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets in Piazza San Giovanni, by the column of San Zanobi next to the Baptistery of St. John.

End Points

  • This tour will end in Uffizi Gallery or Accademia Gallery, depending on the day

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - We are able to accomodate guests with mobility impairment or wheelcharis, please make sure to email our Guest Experience team at [email protected] at the time of your booking for proper arrangements. - We would like to inform that starting from December 2, 2024, the two elevators located in the east wing of the Uffizi, near the main staircase, will be unavailable to the public due to maintenance work. The main staircase consists of 4 flights, totaling 126 steps. Guests who are unable to climb the stairs and require the elevator to access the main floor of the Gallery should proceed to the hall in front of the main staircase once inside the museum. There, museum staff will assist them in reaching the elevators located in the west wing. - We are unable to accommodate guests with strollers on this tour. - We ask all guests (including children) bring ID on the day of their tour. - All guests must pass through security. No weapons or large items are allowed inside. - Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia Museum. There is no bag check or storage available. - It is absolutely forbidden to bring any kind of liquid in the Uffizi Gallery (except baby bottles and medicinal product). - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
