A local tour guide will meet you at your hotel, begin tour by visit the local market. Continue cycling through rice fields and peaceful villages to Tra Que vegetable village. Take a pleasant walk through the garden to discover culinary herbs and vegetables which will be used in the cooking class. Participating in farming activities such as hoeing soil, collecting seaweed as well as transplanting and watering. After farming experience, you will take a break then have relaxing foot massage which is a health treatment with traditional medicinal herbs before taking part in preparing and cooking some of the famous local dishes demonstrated by the chef. Learn how to prepare: - Green papaya salad, - Banh Xeo – a Vietnamese crispy pancake - Spring rolls - Fish in clay pot. Enjoy your meal with dishes that made by yourself.
