Your tour will start outside the Cathedral main entrance. From there you will walk round the picturesque Cathedral Island to see where in medieval times, wrongdoers could escape justice. Whilst walking, your guide will provide insight on why hundreds of years ago, dukes and clergy chose to live on the island and why the Cathedral Island is not an island anymore.
You will see The Church of St. Giles - the oldest existing church in Wroclaw. The Leaning Tower of Wroclaw and the Dumpling Gate. A few steps away, an entrance to the 19th century Botanical Gardens is waiting for those who like to explore parks and nature.
Furthermore, you will stop by the Archbishop’s Palace to listen to an amazing story of one brave cardinal who in 1980 hid 80 million zloty for the Solidarity movement and subsequently what happened to the money.
