Riding in a Mercedes Glass-Top Sprinter Van . . . we drive you to Mt Rushmore for a daylight tour. You will learn the history of the monument and experience wonderous views of the 'Hills' through the all glass top.
At dusk you will witness the golden-red sunset over the mountain range and Mt Rushmore. And then the bright white lights come up and illuminate the four faces of the monument.
As we wait for the sky to darken and begin our search of the heavens . . . we offer you a selection of warm beverages to enjoy . . . coffee, tea or hot cocoa along with an assortment of snacks.
*Also available for a $5 cash fee are Potent Potables - Chardonnay and White Zinfendel Wine - Modelo Beer - and if cold weather . . . Peppermint Schnapps to mix with your hot cocoa.
Your guide will teach you new technology to find passing satilites, shooting stars and view the Milky Way.
As we return you will view the lighted monument through the one-way tunnels on Iron Mtn Road. Few get to see this.

Mount Rushmore National Memorial
We stop for a brief tour of the famous Monument and an opportunity to visit the gift shop. In the off season the attractions here close early. If you would like more time to visit the Sculpturs Studio and walk the Presidential Trial we suggest purchasing a day tour.
Mount Rushmore Profile View
On this tour we first stop at one of the lessor known views of Mt Rushmore . . . to the west of the main entrances is a small parking lot for a unique photo of George Washingtons Profile. This was never intened to be at attraction but has become one of his famous pictures.
Iron Mountain Road
On our way to the Norberk Overlook we travel up Iron Mtn Road . . . experiencing the one of a kind pigtail bridges and famous one way tunnels. Pausing for photo ops.
