Muzeum - Kaszubski Park Etnograficzny im. Teodory i Izydora Gulgowskich we Wdzydzach

The Wdzydze Open-Air Museum (Wdzydzki Skansen) is the oldest ethnographic museum in Poland, founded in 1906. Located in the village of Wdzydze Kiszewskie, it showcases traditional Kashubian and Kociewie architecture, crafts, and rural life. Visitors can explore historic wooden houses, windmills, churches, and farm buildings, all set in a scenic natural landscape. The museum offers workshops, folk events, and a unique look into the cultural heritage of the region.

Jan Pawel II Wiezyca Observation Tower

Wieżyca Peak (328 m above sea level) is the highest elevation not only in the Kashubian Lake District but also in the entire European Lowlands. The hill is covered with a 150-year-old beech forest and is part of a nature reserve. At the top of Wieżyca stands the John Paul II Observation Tower – it is 35 meters high and was built in 1997, undergoing a major renovation in 2019. It’s a unique attraction in the Kashubia region and a great opportunity to admire stunning views of the Szymbark Hills and the lakes of the so-called Raduńskie Circle. The walk from the summit to the tower takes about 15 minutes and follows a well-marked trail.

Windmill in Reboszewo

The windmill in Ręboszewo is a beautifully restored Dutch-style windmill located on a hill with stunning panoramic views of the Kashubian landscape. Today, it serves not only as a historical attraction but also houses a cozy café where visitors can enjoy local treats. It’s a perfect spot to relax, take photos, and learn a bit about traditional milling in the region.
