Our path will lead us along Calle 31 de Agosto, a street that serves as a poignant relic of ancient San Sebastián. It was on this very thoroughfare that a pivotal moment in history unfolded in 1813 when English and Portuguese forces, allied with the Spanish, triumphed over the French troops that had held dominion over the city.
