- Please arrive strictly 10 minutes before your scheduled gondola ride to give yourself enough time to exchange your voucher and board a gondola.
- Please note that the number of attractions depends on the option selected. The walking tour i not included in the basic 1-hour option.
- The gondola can accommodate 5-6 people so larger groups will be split or we will book a traghetto ride for you. The gondolier will choose a seat for every passenger.
- Gondoliers do not approve of visitors eating or drinking in their gondolas. It is also not advisable to ask them to perform a serenade without a prior agreement and an additional fee.
- We recommend bringing an umbrella for your gondola ride to hide from the rain or strong sunshine. In case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide, your ride will be postponed to the next day or refunded.
- The 2,5-hour option includes a 2-hour walking tour. For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
