Begin your experience with a tasting of our sparkling Brut Rosé while learning about the Portet family's storied heritage and their deep French roots dating back to the early 1700s. The tour culminates in our André Room, which offers a panoramic view of the working winery. Here, you'll indulge in a curated tasting of four wines from our esteemed Single Vineyard and Fontaine ranges, gaining insights into their unique characteristics and the artistry behind their creation. As you return to the cellar door, a delectable 3-course lunch awaits you, featuring a beloved French family classic. Each course is thoughtfully paired with three half-glasses of wine selected by our winemaker, Ben Portet, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors that perfectly complement your meal.
