We offer a free pickup service from hotels within a 5-kilometer radius of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Our guide will meet you in your hotel lobby at 7:30 AM, wearing a company uniform with our logo. For guests staying outside of Hanoi, please visit our office at 31 Lò Sũ, Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi for tour departure.
