Ride our luxury E-Bikes on a beautiful self guided GPS route, from Florence to Fiesole where the route descends through some lovely cypress tree forests and past the castle Castello Di Vincigliata and into the village of Settignano where you can stop at the great little alimentary with home cooked tasty Italian food.
From Settignano you visit PoggioPiano vineyard where you will meet the Galardi family, who are owners of an organic Chianti Vineyard and olive grove near Al Girone. There you will be able to relax in the estate with a glass of their Chianti wines produced on site, along with snacks of Tuscan cheeses, meats and bread drizzled with their own extra virgin olive oils.
The route then takes you along dedicated cycle paths traversing the River Arno back into Florence, leading you up to Piazzale Michelangelo to take in the views of Florence's skyline from this iconic vantage point, before returning the bikes to conclude the fantastic e-bike experience.

Dear Client, Thank you very much for your booking, we're looking forward meeting you and setting you off on your self guided, fully supported E-Bike Ride through Tuscany! In the meantime, if you could please download an app called maps.me onto at least two phones or if you are a solo traveler, please bring a charger or battery pack and come with the phones fully charged on the day, that would be great. After you download the app, please open it and zoom into Florence, where you will be prompted to download the Tuscany map, which you should do. After you install the app, please follow this link and download the attached kml file with the actual route... https://www.e-bikesflorence.com/map On the iphone you need to sometimes follow the process 3 times, closing the maps.me app completely between attempts. You can visit the vineyard for free and there is the option to buy wine by the glass or bottle and also a charcuterie board of cheeses, meats and bread. From June to September there is the possibility to use their swimming pool, which you would pay for at the vineyard (€14, availability not guaranteed and less likely at weekends). Towels can be rented, so you would just need your swimwear and perhaps flip flops. We will provide panniers to carry your things and allow you to pick up some wine and olive oil if you would like to bring some away with you, although international shipping options are also available. You will find the location of our shop if you look for E-Bikes Florence in Google Maps, or the address, but remember it is 97R (Red), not 97, which a blue 97 (residential) and is far from the shop. Hope you have a safe trip and we're looking forward to seeing you soon! All the best, John Shields E-Bikes Florence Via San Gallo, 97R (Red), 50129 Firenze, Italia Tel: 0039 344 3455320
