- The tour lasts 5 hours on the island, to this you will add the pick-up time in Cancun, transfer to Playa del Carmen, board the ferry and the time to cross and move to the buggy parking lot, the total duration of the tour with transfers would be approximately 10 hours and will depend on the traffic.
- In case of no show, it will not be refundable and there will be a charge for not showing up on the day of the tour or for cancellation the same day of the tour, in case of rescheduling you will have to pay the tour again

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue. Round transportation included only from Cancun. The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
