During this guided tour of the Dresden Residence Palace you'll learn exciting background information about the most famous works of art in the historic treasury "Green Vault", such as the cherry stone with 185 faces, the Golden Coffee Set, the centerpiece of the Great Mogul Aureng-Zeb and much more.
See the palace in all its glory with unique things from centuries and listen to your guide's comments about jousting tournaments, the gala staircase to the sultan's tent, precious silks, gems and pearls on princely clothing.
Discover the highlights of the exhibitions of the New Green Vault, the Turkish Chamber, the Giant's Hall as well as the English Staircase, Princely Wardrobe and the Small Ballroom. Visit the Parade Rooms with the Throne Room of Augustus the Strong.
From April to October an individual ascent to the Hausmannsturm is possible. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view over the Elbe valley - Dresden is at your feet!
