- A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
- If you suffer from severe motion sickness, please take motion sickness medication in advance.
- If the tour is cancelled (before boat departure) due to bad weather on the day, a full refund will be given. This decision is made by the supplier, not the customer.
- If it rains so badly that the tour is impossible, the company will contact your hotel before the tour starts and give you a full refund.
- If you are unable to attend the tour for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
