Away from the French inspired villas in the city, Da Lat's scenic countryside offers an array of interesting activities that both locals and tourists could enjoy. In a comprehensive day tour of the City of Eternal Spring's rural areas, you'll take a peek into the daily lives of the local villagers as you visit farms, factories, pagodas and more. After a quick hotel pick up or meet up at the designated location, your tour will begin with a tour around Van Thanh Flower Village, one of the oldest and large scale flower villages in Da Lat. With a total area of 200 square meters, this popular flower village produces a variety of flowers all year round, including 80% of the city's roses. The second stop of the tour will bring you to the Coffee Plantation. Before lunch, you'll also pass by a Cricket Farm where you'll get to try fried crickets - a local delicacy - and a Silk Farm where you'll be taken through the process of silk making, from extraction all the way until the finished product. After a quick lunch, you'll be taken to the Elephant Waterfalls, a popular waterfall known as one of the most beautiful in the Central Highlands. Your last stop of the tour is at the Linh An Pagoda right next door to the falls, where you could observe the intricate architecture of the temple. As the tour ends, you'll be taken safely back to the meet up location or your hotel.
