Upon arrival, you’ll receive a warm welcome on the beach, get fitted for water shoes, store your belongings in lockers, and join a safety briefing. Then, walk into shoulder deep water where your Sea TREK helmet is placed. Breathe normally as you explore the ocean floor and see tropical marine life all without getting your face or hair wet! Underwater time: 25–30 minutes (plus 10–15 min prep) ✅ What Makes This Tour Unique: • No swimming required • Hair and face stay dry • Wear glasses or contacts • Great for families and beginners • Ages 8+ ⚠️ Not Suitable For: • Pregnant guests • Heart/lung conditions or recent surgery • Epilepsy, blackouts, or fainting history • Asthma patients using inhalers No GoPros or cameras are allowed underwater. You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
Transportation & Photos/videos can be paid with Cash or Card. If you are arriving at the cruise terminal and you want to get picked up, We do pick ups from Starbucks which is a few minutes walking from the terminal.
Meeting / End Points
- We are located on the premises of the restaurant Surf & Turf. We offer a pick-up and drop off service for an additional fee per person (Please see price under Exclusion), which is much cheaper than the taxi services on the island. Just send us an email if you would like to make use of this service.
