We start the culinary experience with a typical Greek brunch at a local bakery in the heart of Corfu Town! Try the most delicious, freshly baked Greek pastries, such as the irresistible Spanakopita (spinach pie), Tsiropita (Greek cheese pie with phyllo) or the sweet pie sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon the so-called ''bougatsa'' accompanied by a glass of refreshing ginger beer, Tsitsibyra which was introduced by the British in the 19th century. Afterwards, we will walk through the atmospheric Kantounia - the cobblestone streets of Corfu and listen to your local guide tell us the history of this amazing city, while sharing interesting local stories. You have the opportunity to taste the famous Kumquat liqueur and stop by a traditional tavern where you will enjoy Corfiot specialties. At the end we will enjoy artesian Corfiot sweet flavors. We end our tour with a full stomach, a heart and a soul full of colorful scenes of flavors and aromas.
