Nestled among the gentle hills of Volterra, surrounded by breathtaking views of unspoiled nature, our cooking classes teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes. Our fresh pasta course will guide you through the preparation of three traditional pasta shapes: a stuffed pasta and two types of egg pasta. Afterwards, the pasta you have made during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional sauces. Lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni wine. During the course, which is conducted in both Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of the dishes and interact with our chefs, who will share anecdotes and curiosities about traditional Tuscan cuisine. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to your workstation, where you will find your apron and all the ingredients for preparing the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of a typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of our grandmothers.
