Your representative will assist you with completing your immigration forms if needed and guide you through customs and immigration with fast-track service. They will then help you retrieve your luggage and escort you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge.
In the arrival lounge, reggae music sets the island mood. Take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on messages and watch news on the flat-screen cable TVs. Enjoy snacks and beverages while browsing through magazines and newspapers. Freshen up in the private restroom and cool off with a chilled towel.
When you're ready, your representative will escort you to your shared, air-conditioned transport to your hotel. Hotel drop-off zones include Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Trelawny, Tryall, Round Hill, and Grand Palladium Resort.
Departure Services, Lounge, and Hotel Transfer: For your return trip, your driver will pick you up at your hotel located in one of the listed zones.
