Discover the history and nature of El Calafate with Patagonia Dreams We begin with a visit to Punta Walichu, an archaeological site that reveals the traces of the first inhabitants of the region. Then, we walk along the Coastal Promenade and the Redonda Bay, on the shores of Lake Argentina, where you can observe local birds in their natural habitat.
We finish at the Historical Interpretation Center, with a self-guided tour that traces the history of Patagonia from the ice ages to the present.

We will tour the ancient Caves of Gualicho and learn the different interpretations that exist about the cave paintings of our Patagonian natives.
