• Free hotel transfer is available in most urban areas (Area A & Area B). Please refer to the transfer range picture below for specific details
  
• If your hotel is out of the pick-up area, please go to the meeting point at Tha Phae Gate. Please note when placing an order
• Specific pickup times will be provided in the travel voucher issued one day before departure
• The vehicle for hotel transfers is a 12-seat van, although this may vary depending on the number of participants on that day
• Please wear a hat, sunscreen, and sandals/flip-flops
• Bring a change of clothes, towel, camera, and insect-repellent lotion
• Bring a rain jacket during the rainy season (Apr-Oct)
• The pick-up order for the shared transfer is based on the distance from the hotel.
