Join us on this full-day adventure as we journey north to Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai's enchanting sister city, to explore these must-see sites: DOI CHAANG Caffè Mae Suai: Our first stop of the day is the charming DOI CHAANG Caffè Mae Suai coffee shop. Walk around the grounds to stretch your legs or munch on a snack before moving on to the main attraction!
Marvel at this modern architectural masterpiece, designed by a renowned local artist. The intricate details and striking white facade make this temple a must-see. There will be free time for lunch at the White Temple.
We'll take a break for lunch, where you can savor delicious Thai cuisine at a local restaurant (own expense). After lunch, we'll explore the Blue Temple. Known for its vivid blue hues and serene atmosphere, this temple offers a tranquil escape and stunning photo opportunities.

Our team will email you the evening before your activity to confirm your pick-up time and meeting point.
Meeting / End Points
- If your hotel is outside the free pickup area, the designated meeting point is the McDonald's at Thapae Gate in Chiang Mai Old City. Your tour guide will be holding a sign with our company waiting for you.

The distance from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai is approximately 172 km one-way. Kindly be prepared for a long drive (roughly 3 hours one-way). **What should you bring:** Clothing that covers the arms and legs (for temples) Camera Hat Sunscreen Sunglasses Comfortable shoes Insect repellent Cash (for personal expenses) Kindly be at your meeting point/hotel lobby (please ensure your accommodation is within our free pickup areas) at least 10 minutes before the stated meeting/pick up time. Our tour guides will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you before proceeding to the next stop. If you are headed to the meeting point, we would like to stress that heavy traffic in the mornings is expected, and can vary greatly when compared to the travel time stated in navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Please make sure to consider leaving with enough time to reach your destination.
