You will make your own way to the meeting points
You will receive your booking voucher via WhatsApp and/or Email after confirmation. Please present the voucher (digital or printed) at any Chao Phraya Tourist Boat ticket counter located at participating piers (such as Sathorn Pier, Phra Arthit Pier, ICONSIAM Pier, etc.) to exchange it for your physical travel pass. Redemption is available at any of the designated boat piers during operating hours (08:30–19:00). Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before your intended departure time to allow for voucher validation and boarding. The boat service runs at intervals of every 15–30 minutes throughout the day. Keep your pass with you at all times during your journey for re-boarding at any stop.
