After the reservation, your pickup time will be determined based on the location of your hotel. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the given time. The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If the pickup time has passed, please note that due to traffic and pickups from other hotels, there may be a delay of up to 10 minutes. Do not leave the lobby during this time.
