Puerto Morelos
All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure and your skills within the Mayan jungle on an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a horseback ride through the Mayan jungle, ATVs, a zipline circuit, an interactive cenote with 2 ziplines and a jumping platform, lunch with refreshing drinks included and a rest area.

- For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use cell phones or any other electronic device during the activities. Only the use of GoPro attached to our helmets and Chesty mounts is permitted, which are subject to availability.
- It is recommended to bring an extra change of clothes.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The activity is suggested for children ages 5 and up.
- Tour duration and activities may vary depending on weather conditions and other factors.
- Hotel pick-up times, itinerary and return time may be affected by issues beyond our control such as weather or traffic.
- Reservations made less than 14 hours in advance will be subject to availability.

- This is a shared guided group tour and activities are done at intervals.
- This tour is NOT private, it is a shared tour and there may be lines or waiting times.
- If you are late or do not show, no refund is offered.
- Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an extra charge of USD 15 per person.
- Extra charges for the purchase of souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may have an additional amount of 16% VAT. Any extra charges during the experience are completely unrelated to our company.
- Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
- Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. In addition, the transfer time to and from your hotel must be considered.
- If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.

Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 60 minutes before departure time.

- The time shown on your ticket is NOT the pick-up time or the tour start time. - You will receive the pick up time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. - If you choose the 8:00 am option, you will be picked up between 8:00 and 10:00 am. If you choose the 11:00 am option, you will be picked up between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. This depends on the hotel where you are staying, and you will be notified of your pickup time 1 day before the tour. - If we do not have pick up availability at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Meeting points for travelers who are in airbnb, hotels outside our pick up area or any place we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Avenida Tulum - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick up at any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point is at Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. - The pick up time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel. - For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and the area of your hotel, the schedule may change. - We do not offer pick-up service at any Airbnb or private addresses.
Meeting / End Points
- We will pick you up from your hotel in the Riviera Maya to Playa del Carmen. If we do not have availability at your hotel, the meeting point is outside Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen. You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour.

- For security reasons, it is not allowed to use cell phones or any other electronic device during the activities, only the use of GoPro attached to our helmets and chest protectors is allowed, which are subject to availability. - The time that appears on your ticket is NOT your pick-up time, each hotel has a different pick-up time. - You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. - If you do not receive the email with the pick-up details, you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last-minute pick-up situations on the same day of your tour. - If we do not have pick-up availability at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel. - Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel, you can get to the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you must contact us for the details. - We do not offer pick-up service at any airbnb or private addresses. - Remember to bring cash for the payment of the Natural Areas Conservation Fee: $25 USD per person. - We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items.
